>> Below is some information on how to buy a silencer:
>> If you live in the DFW area, I can prepare your form 4. If not, just let me know who you want to use, and I’ll contact them for you. If it is another FFL, I would fill out a form 3 to transfer it to them. Generally, takes about 10 days.
>> Then, download the Silencer Shop app to your phone and set up your account. This will be the same account you use throughout the process. https://www.silencershop.com/blog/post/introducing-silencer-shop-mobile-app
>> Next, you’ll need to head over to https://eforms.atf.gov/register/update-profile?isRegistration=true to create an ATF eFile account. This will be the portal that you and I will certify that your Form 4 has all the correct information and submit it. Be sure to write down your username and 4-digit pin. It will be needed to certify.
>> You will also need to have your fingerprints taken. This can happen at any Silencer Shop dealer that has a kiosk. You can also have a physical fingerprint card completed but I highly recommend the kiosk. https://www.silencershop.com/blog/post/silencer-shop-kiosk
>> There are multiple ways to file for a silencer such as: Individual, Trust or Corporation. I recommend a trust and you would need to have it notarized. The link is to Silencer Shop’s trust options but there are several others out there at different prices. They all are pretty much the same product. https://www.silencershop.com/blog/post/a-buyer-s-guide-individual-vs-trust
>> The above steps are a one-time set up essentially. Once all that is complete, you can purchase silencers very easily and Silencer Shop maintains all your information for the next purchase.
>> As for the tax stamp, you will have to purchase one for each NFA item that you buy. Those can also be purchased on Silencershop.com.
>> Once submitted, the average approval time is around 270 days. Though now the ATF has increased processing times. Some lucky people get their approval same day.
Its always a pleasure dealing with Coleton. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and keeps you informed and updated on your transactions. He offers great products, great service and he is genuinely a great guy.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommend. My order was delivered on time and packaged with care. Five star rating all around.
Absolutely one of THE BEST FFL/SOT businesses I have ever used, and they are veteran owned and operated. If they can't get what you're looking for, they make it extremely easy to get what you want shipped to them with the fastest turn around I have ever seen. They keep you in the loop constantly and make the process as easy as it can get. They love talking shop too. For any FFL/SOT needs, don't waste your time with anybody else. You just found the best!
Knowledgeable and Helpful Dealer
The whole overall ordering experience has been great. I was kept updated from original purchase through reviewing all the forms. If there were any issues, a quick email or text would resolve the problem and quickly streamlines the ordering process. Thankfully, Davis Firearms has a consistent inventory as after the first purchase I have become a grown my collection, and more to come.

Owner
Veteran-Owned, Davis Firearms is located in North Richland Hills, TX. I'm a home-based business dedicated to providing personalized service for your silencer needs. Most days you'll find me in my garage blasting Creed, selling cans and having a beer. If anything goes wrong, blame it on my intern Samuel. That guy sucks...
Silencers: My two main suppliers are Silencer Shop and Allen Arms Tactical. If they don't carry the silencer you want, I'll order it direct from the manufacture. I ship nationwide (to free states that is). I do not maintain a physical inventory. I bring silencers in per customer order. Email me at dfirearmsnrh@gmail.com to get a discount code and order.
Prefer Silencer Shop? Order directly through their website and assign me as your dealer at https://www.silencershop.com/dfirearmsnrh.
Best way to contact me is at dfirearmsnrh@gmail.com.
